Breathe
2023breathe is an exercise in calmness.
I developed this piece during a period requiring solitude and mental space. The artwork encourages viewers to observe expanding circles while gradually closing their eyes as visual grain intensifies.
Synchronize your breathing with the animation cycle — inhale and exhale as each circle emerges. Midway through, hold your breath momentarily as the animation dims. Resume breathing as the sequence reverses, allowing physical tension to dissipate.
